Coaching Model, I help you cultivate Self Leadership by integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ikigai, Conscious Leadership, Positive Intelligence, Dare to Lead, coupled with strategic tools and assessments to support individuals and teams in cultivating self-awareness, purpose, and courageous influence.

As an ICF-certified executive coach and experienced HR leader, I help high-achieving professionals move beyond the limiting beliefs and stories that hold them back. My coaching is laser-focused, heart-centered, and rooted in authenticity, intuition, and radical candor.
I challenge leaders with the deep, impactful questions that spark real self-discovery—questions that build confidence, boundaries, balance, and influence. My clients learn to lead from their whole selves: head, heart, and gut.
I’ve walked the path myself—through corporate boardrooms, academic institutions, military service, and the chaos of single parenting. I know what burnout feels like. I know what it means to look successful on the outside but feel disconnected inside. Coaching helped me reclaim my purpose, and now I help others do the same.
