Amber is an inspiring facilitator, change agent, executive coach and leadership consultant whose passion for veterans’ advocacy runs deep. She is a woman-owned, lgbtq+ service disabled veteran business owner and founder of ALIGN Impact Coaching & Consulting, whose purpose is to create spaces for growth and healing—whether through coaching, consulting, or retreats. Her mission is to help individuals and organizations lead from the inside out with clarity, integrity, and lasting impact.
