As an Army veteran, executive coach, experienced HR leader, and founder of ALIGN IMPACT Coaching & Consulting, I've spent my career helping individuals and organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, and create environments where people can thrive.

I've learned that sustainable success isn't created through programs or processes alone. It happens when leaders understand themselves, invest in their people, and build cultures that inspire accountability, growth, and connection.
